Please Come back Brother Mamsin

I agree with both of you Br. Shakir and Br. Mamsin.Your articles are meaningful and attracted the public.I am very grateful to those who are willingly expressed their comments in our blog that make it interesting and interactive. Indeed, our blog is not only viewed locally but also globally. The articles that we wrote might be right to certain extends but viewers might have different thought and perception which can be contradicting. As we have been bound by the rule of law and wrongdoing against legislation will face conviction. We have to face the fact that we are like durian and the cucumber-the cucumber perishes regardless.

An article written to persuade, encourage, threat or pressure is an offence.Let us look at R V Most(1881), the accused was convicted of incitement to murder when he urged readers all over the world to follow the example of Russia, where the Emperor had recently been murdered, and to murder their own Head of State.Inciting or soliciting people to do things against the law is an offence.

Another example is in the case of Invicta Plastic V Clare(1976) where the defendants were marketing an unlicenced telegraphy apparatus to enable drivers to detect Police Radar Speed. This advertisement was held to be incitement.

By pulling out membership is not wise and unacceptable. This is the beginning of our lesson and trust me my DEAR BROTHER not everybody dismissed your opinions but they are in difficult situation to define.Trust me Brother to walk out away without reasons is really discourage.

We tend in life go against the norms. With that, we rectify, learn and adjust to the way that it should be to be harmonised with others. But one thing that we have to do is focus, do not let the misunderstanding, and extending beyond boundary distracting and preventing us from our initial focus. All of these indeed a very valuable lesson as we grow older, we are expected to grow wiser.
WE STILL NEED YOU.......PLEASE COME BACK1

  3. You know ! it's like that malay saying " the durian and the timun" and that the timun always really get it ! but then, there's always a good ending - when the durian became the tempoyak, it's revenge time where the timun will tenyeh2 the tempoyak and get even. Sadly both of them goes in somebody else belly.
Yoy know ! there're verious ways to achieve gold. There's a hard way, easy way, agressive, smoothe and slow, physically, verbally, and many more. From what I know, my roots, will really take action when the time is really right and indeed desperate !
You know ? why that Tok Janggut, Mat Kilau, Munshi Abdullah, Leftenant Adnan, and many more would go across the line ? Because it's time.
Just wait ! the time will come.
